Carlos and Carol Moseley
Carlos Moseley has been a resident of the Texas Hill Country since 1989, living on a ranch nestled in oak trees touching the spring-fed Pedernales River in Gillespie County, just outside of Fredericksburg, Texas.
Carlos has always had a passion for nature, photography, kayaking, gourmet cooking and music...all of which led to the unique discovery of a new art form. Years of collecting special stones and rocks, developed into extraordinary artistic rock designs. An interesting process is used to collect native, local stones and rocks with a procedure that does not disturb the environment...all of his work is above ground. Some of the flint stones he uses, were used by early native Apache and Comanche Indians who lived in the area. Carlos focuses on the artistic inspirations formed from that art studio, surrounded by rocks and stones and pebbles that are waiting to be discovered.
Carlos has a real love affiar with his fine rock art characters and admits he is a little reluctant to let them go.
